Job Description Job Description Local Supply Company / Front Counter Sales Pay: $13/hour Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm Job Duties: Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection and inquiries. Pull, write, and process customer orders accurately. Create quotes and process purchases for customers. Assist with purchasing and inventory management as needed. Maintain accurate records in the computer system. Answer phones and respond to customer emails professionally. Provide product knowledge support to customers, especially regarding flanges, nuts, bolts, and related hardware. Preferably knowledge or experience with flanges, nuts, bolts, and industrial hardware. Comfortable using computers and software for order processing, quotes, and inventory. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Applicant Requirements: Must have a clean background. Pass a drug screen.
