Physician Group is seeking a BE/ BC Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine Practitioner to join our outpatient clinic.

• Hospital is a Level 2 Trauma Center providing sub specialty support in town.
  
• 35K Sign on Bonus
  
• 10K Relocation
  
• Base Salary with wRVU and Bonus available (earning potential over 90% of MGMA)
  
• Paid PTO, CME, and Hospital Benefits
  
• Outpatient with no OB
  
• Shift: M-F, 36 Patient Contact Hours, Flexible Schedule.
