The successful candidate will provide expert therapy to patients with speech, voice, language, and swallowing disorders, utilizing the latest technology and practices to ensure optimum recovery. This position offers immediate benefits and supports continued professional development and certification. Assess and diagnose speech, voice, language, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate speech therapy treatments with overall patient care. Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Provide guidance to patients, families, and caregivers to improve communication skills. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
