Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Lawton, OK Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,120 to $1,280 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00/Hourly. Summary: We are looking for an attentive physical therapist assistant to help physical therapists with their sessions. The physical therapist assistant is responsible for massaging patients, sanitizing treatment areas, and setting up therapy equipment. Locals accepted at lower rate Responsibilities: Answer phone calls. Schedule appointments. Massage and stretch muscles where necessary. Set up therapy equipment. Sanitize therapy area. Lift or move patients. Monitor patients during sessions. Guide patients through exercises where necessary. Requirements Requirements: Recent traveler experience Preferred. 2 years acute and MS State PTA experience Required. BLS Certification. Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
