Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Duncan, OK Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,682 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/5/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Oklahoma Start Date: March 5, 2026 Location: Duncan, Oklahoma Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Mid shift (10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.) with 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. rotation support as needed; every other weekend required; block schedules available Highlights: Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2-3 in a 22-room Emergency Department with 19 beds and average daily census of 74 patients Combined adult and pediatric emergency care including all age groups from neonates to geriatrics Level II Trauma Center with STEMI and Stroke certification; hands-on experience with critical cases including traumatic injuries, gunshot wounds, and arterial line management Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and social services 12-hour orientation provided; Meditech charting experience preferred Locals welcome; flexible with time-off requests Requirements: Active Oklahoma RN license in hand (pending licenses not accepted) Minimum 2 years of emergency nursing experience; previous travel experience required Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC, and ISTAT Trauma Level I or II experience preferred Proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management, blood product administration, central line and arterial line care, procedural sedation, and ventilated patient care COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only) Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs Why It's a Great Opportunity: This Emergency Department offers diverse clinical exposure in a fast-paced, certified trauma and stroke center where you'll work with a full spectrum of patient ages and acuities.
