Description Position title : SME LMS Course Specialist Location
: Fort Sill, OK Clearance required : SECRET Position Summary:
Subject Matter Expert for the Army Training Information System
(ATIS) and Blackboard LMS. Facilitates online distributed learning
and course framework customization. Responsibilities include (but
are not limited to): Manage course lifecycles using approved
Blackboard Naming Conventions. Train instructors and course
managers on LMS functions (test design, gradebooks). Act as primary
POC for user enrollment and access authorization. Monitor system
performance and collaborate with ATSC for software upgrades.
Qualifications Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required. Active
SECRET clearance is mandatory. Bachelor’s Degree. 2 years of
experience administering courses in an Army LMS (Blackboard). Must
complete mandatory Army Blackboard modules (101-301) within 30 days
of award. IAT Level II Certification (Security CE).
