Job Description:

A local company is in need of an Administrative Assistant. The admin assistant is a crucial role in our company. This person is someone who is out in the community daily, and as such is a face for our company. To be successful in this position you should have a pleasant and professional personality and appearance, excellent communication and multitasking skills, and a strong work ethic. This role also includes a variety of support tasks to multiple departments, which requires a keen attention to detail. The following are some of the essential job functions of this position: Rounds - deposits (twice daily when needed), lenders, courthouse, tax office…• Occasional errands for office manager - Sams, Target, marketing… Operating deposits• Create invoices• Receive payment Escrow deposits• Verify info is entered & accurate in system• Scan slips into files for escrow• Scan invoices, tax receipts, surveys… into files• Update title plant Back up receptionist• Serves visitors by greeting, offering refreshment, and directing them appropriately• Answers phones and transfers calls accordingly, and in a timely manner • Receive, receipt, and set up contracts Back up office manager• Check writing• Marketing• Create invoices / receive payments • Back up commitments for escrow• Data entry/verification• Plant Updates Monday- Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM Pay BOE Evaluation to hire on position!
