SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Player's Club Representative is responsible for providing
support and service to casino visitors through the Player's Club
programs. The Player's Club Representative's performance is
necessary for the casino to reach its full potential in providing a
superior entertainment experience for its guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following are major duties and are not intended to be all
inclusive or restrictive.
- Provides feedback to Player's Club Lead.
- Responsible for the Player's Club inventory and upkeep of the
database and enrollment process for new customers.
- Responsible for facilitating promotional entry, participation
and drawing activities supporting the Player's Club Lead.
- Monitors and works with all aspect of the BOH system including
but not limited to: issuance of any bonus features/awards,
reviewing accuracy for input, play/account evaluation, etc.
- Must be able to accurately input guest information into the

The Player's Club Representative has no supervisory duties.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
The Player's Club Representative regularly engages in
conversations; regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use
eye-hand coordination. The Player's Club Representative is required
to remain in stationary position 50 percent or more of their shift.
Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where the
noise level varies from quiet to loud depending upon business. The
Player's Club Representative must be able and willing to work
evenings, weekends, and holidays and be able to work in a
