person who is natural at answering questions with clarity and
providing detailed information to customers. Love talking to
people, while providing exceptional customer service support.
Skills & Requirements: •Bi- Lingual Customer service, sales and/or
phone experience A MUST•Quiet, secure and uninterrupted home work
environment•Reliable phone, internet, and Ethernet
connection•Proficient typing and computer skills in a fast-paced
environment•Comfortable in learning and using digital
tools•Self-Disciplined•Ability to work independently and avoid
distraction•Self-Motivated Will need to have own equipment:•Must be
able to connect to internet through Ethernet cable. •Headsets: NO
Wireless Headsets. Headsets must be USB or analog and must be wired
to their PC/laptop. Agents can purchase headsets at local stores
(Best Buy, etc) or easily on Amazon. •Macs and Chromebooks: Are
absolutely 100% incompatible with their systems. Must have a
regular PC operating Windows. Hours may vary, 40-hour work week.
