experienced Wax Operators.

Wax Cell Operators are responsible for the following skills:
injecting patterns, sprues, pattern inspection, pattern
sub-assembly, mold assembly, including gating into finished molds.
Operators must be able to perform the required skills outlined by
supervision based off business need.
- Must be able to read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and
Activity Instructions (AI).
- Using Computers (entering information,etc)
- Must be able to function as a member of a team and be able to
work under general supervision.
- Must be able to maintain expected quality levels.
- Comply with all site required policies and procedures including
but not limited to: EHS, Quality, Code of Conduct and the Wichita
Falls Employee Handbook.
Repetitive injection and control of wax patterns/sprues with a
die and analysis of the results.
Performs inspection of all patterns and decides to accept,
repair or scrap the part per documented instructions.
Follows established protocol for notification of potential
deviations or scrap trends.
Performs sub-assembly of multiple airfoil patterns.
Utilizes the necessary fixturing or gauges to assure dimensional
conformance of the pattern/mold.
Prepares sprues as required and locates ceramic bracing per

Records mold identification information on outside of cup.
Installs the pouring cup and any additional bracing as required
per the engineering specifications.
Maintains the necessary stock of materials for the area to

Sets up and maintains small appliances as required to perform
Dimensionally inspects cores and wax patterns using supplied
gauging to specified tolerances.
Performs set-up of dimensional gauges.
Performs other duties as required.
Responsible for the quality of the entire mold assembly.

- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- 1 year Wax experience
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United
States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at

- This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms
Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines

- Experience working in a wax manufacturing environment.
- Basic Computer skills.
