Job Description:
Scranton Powersports LLC is looking to expand it's parts and
service team by adding a service writer. Duties will include but
not be limited to writing repair orders, checking in customers,
looking up parts, explaining job details with detail to technicians
and customers, cashiering. Applicants must have excellent note
taking skills, ability to articulate clearly what needs to be done
for repairs on customers machines. Power sports or automotive
experience is necessary for this position and experience with our
Lightspeed evo program would be beneficial. Applicants need to be
highly motivated and customer service focused with the ability to
handle multiple situations simultaneously.
