We are looking for full-time Youth Care Supervisor! You must be at least 21 years of age, have a bachelor's degree and at least one year of supervisory experience. -We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a Youth Care SupervisorAs a Youth Care Supervisor, you will assist with meeting our mission of strengthening families by supervising youth care workers and supporting youth with challenging behaviors in a therapeutic environment. Through your day-to-day interactions, you will promote health, safety, and well-being of individuals served, as well as the organization by leading therapeutic groups, teaching daily routines, and promoting positive and proactive behavior management strategies. You will be an advocate for the youth as they communicate their wants, needs, and goals as they work to achieve their highest quality of life. Transporting residents to and from appointments, actively engaging them in therapeutic activities and providing mentorship, all while having fun!
