Liaison with a focus in sales is a key team member responsible for
bridging marketing initiatives with sales efforts to drive customer
acquisition and retention. This role supports the agencys growth by
executing targeted marketing campaigns, engaging with potential and
existing customers, and assisting the sales team with lead
generation and conversion strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop
and implement strategic marketing plans that align with sales
goals. Serve as a point of contact between marketing initiatives
and sales activities, ensuring seamless communication and
execution. Generate and qualify leads through marketing campaigns,
community outreach, and digital engagement. Assist with scheduling
and coordinating sales appointments and follow-ups. Track and
analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize sales outcomes.
Support content creation for marketing materials, including social
media posts, email campaigns, and promotional events. Engage with
customers to provide information about State Farm products and
services, addressing inquiries and facilitating connections with
sales agents. Represent the agency at community events, networking
functions, and marketing presentations to enhance brand visibility
and build customer relationships. Maintain accurate records of
marketing and sales activities in CRM systems. Continuously stay
informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market
opportunities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
required; Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
preferred. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer
service, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage
diverse audiences. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Suite. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
effectively in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a
results-driven mindset and a passion for customer service.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
